Beckwith Development & Design was founded with a straightforward idea: homeowners deserve residential design plans that are accurate, thorough, and practical for the contractor who builds from them.
Over the past 30 years, we have designed homes, additions, and remodeling projects across Waukesha County, Jefferson County, and the broader Southeast Wisconsin region. Our work covers everything from custom new-home plans to kitchen remodels, garage additions, and basement finishing designs.
We work in AutoCAD, producing construction documents that include floor plans, elevations, cross-sections, and the construction details that builders need to bid accurately and build correctly. Every plan set is designed to meet Wisconsin building codes and local zoning requirements.
